Review: ZUM Face Routine

Oil Based. Glass Packaged. Smells Beautiful. Natural Ingredients. Skin Clearing.

When I started using these products, my skin wasn’t terrible. A bad breakout here and there, a little splotchy redness, and constant small imperfections. I was never super strict with a routine because I felt like nothing changed my skin, no matter how much I used it. I tried Clean and Clear, Clinique, Origins, DIY products and nothing made a significant change. Until I used these three ZUM products.

I’ve been using these three products religiously now for about 5 months. Now, my skin is smooth, even, and relatively blemish free. I haven’t had a bad breakout since I started using them. Maybe a little pimple here and there but nothing substantial. I have oily to combination skin for reference.

I use the Gentle Facial Cleanser twice a day- once in the morning and once at night. This cleanser lathers but in a moisturizing way. It has almost a creaminess to the lather that makes you know it is not chemically processed. The smell of this soap is incredible and made with lemon and geranium essential oils. All of the ingredients are natural that I can actually pronounce and know what they mean- coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, etc. It may be oil based but it does not make my skin oily.

I cannot say enough good things about this cleanser. It is packaged in glass with all natural, organic ingredients and a bottle will last me about 9 months.

I use the Charcoal Sugar Facial Scrub every few days in the shower. It is a gritty exfoliant that you can feel the charcoal pulling toxins and dirt out of your pores. After I use it, my skin feels super smooth and looks radiant. Again, all ingredients are natural and organic. It doesn’t dry out my skin it is more of a polish.

Lastly, the Nourishing Facial Oil. I use this every morning after my shower or if my skin feels dry at night. This oil gives my skin a glow that makes me feel like I don’t need anything else over it. My skin feels conditioned, smooth, and moisturized throughout the hard winters of Wisconsin. Of course, ingredients are all natural and organic. It is scented with jasmine essential oils and has a dropper for an applicator.

I put about 6 drops on the back of my hand and apply to the different part of my face. This bottle will last me about a year if I keep applying it the way I am.

All of these products are packaged in glass with bottles or tubs that are perfect for DIY products after you finish them! The cleanser could be hand soap, the moisturizer could be a DIY essential oil mix and the scrub could hold lotion or another DIY scrub. Reuse, reuse, reuse!

Overall

I honestly do not have a single complaint about these three products. They are packaged in glass, made with all natural ingredients, come from an awesome company, and make me feel like a rockstar. My skin has never looked as great as it does with these three products. They have given me clear, glowing skin. I would recommend everyone to try them.
